Return Policy
We strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience, but we understand that situations may sometimes arise where an item doesn't fit and you therefore wish to exchange or return it.
You can exchange or return your order within 14 days from the date you received the package. This means you have 14 days from receipt of your item to request a return. If more than 14 days have passed since you received the product, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund or exchange.
How to initiate a return

Once we receive your request, our customer service will forward it to the relevant team, who will review it and confirm the outcome to you.
Conditions for being eligible for return

The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it.

The item must be returned undamaged and unwashed, in its original packaging and with all tags. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return in accordance with our terms of sale.
If the item is not returned in the same condition as the customer received it, Jens Rasmussen reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund.
When is exchange or refund not possible?
Exchange or refund is not possible if:

The customer has chosen an incorrect size, even though a size guide (with measurements in cm) is available on each product page.

The product has been damaged by the customer after receipt.

The delivery company cannot find the recipient upon delivery — in this case, Jens Rasmussen accepts no responsibility.

The delivery company has registered that the package has been delivered — in this case, Jens Rasmussen accepts no responsibility.

The customer has not reported a defect in the item or provided proof (pictures) thereof within 24 hours of receiving the package.

There is no response within 72 hours after Jens Rasmussen has replied to the return request. In this case, the company reserves the right not to continue the return and refund procedure.

Jens Rasmussen reserves the right to ask the customer to send pictures of the received item showing the error or defect.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Our company strives to provide accurate and detailed information about the products offered, including clear descriptions, technical specifications, and images. However, it is important to recognize that individual perception may vary from customer to customer. Therefore, we clarify that personal expectations or subjective perceptions of color, texture, material, or aesthetic aspects of the product are not considered valid reasons for return.
We recognize that each customer may have a unique perception when evaluating a product. Nevertheless, differences in subjective perception cannot be considered faults or inaccuracies of the product itself. We would also like to highlight the following important points:

Color variations: Please note that colors of our products, as displayed on our website, may differ slightly from the actual color of the item. This difference is not considered a fault or problem and therefore does not constitute a valid reason for return or refund, as these differences may be due to screen settings or other technical factors.

Subjective perception: Subjective perception or personal expectations are balanced by the specific information and a size guide on the product pages. This information provides as reliable a description of the product as possible. Personal expectations or subjective assessments therefore cannot be considered a valid reason for refund.
We strive to provide as accurate and transparent information as possible so that our customers can make informed decisions. If you have any questions or doubts about the products before a purchase, we encourage you to contact us for further clarification.
1. EXCHANGE
If the received item does not correspond to the chosen size, you have the option to exchange it for a larger/smaller size or another item available on our website. The item you wish to exchange must be returned within 14 days of receiving the package. You will receive all instructions, including the return address, by email after you have contacted us. The exchange will be sent as soon as the package is received and checked at our main warehouse.
Size exchange is not allowed if the customer has chosen an incorrect size, even when the size guide has been consulted and used. Furthermore, neither exchange, return nor refund is allowed if the customer has not consulted the size guide on the product page before purchase.
Note: We do not offer returns or exchanges in case of delivery delays. If you have any questions or doubts regarding our return policy, you can contact our customer service at contact@JensRasmussen.com.
The size of the items may vary by 1-3 cm from the size chart. By placing an order, you accept this possibility.
By placing an order, you declare that you have read and accepted the return policy.
2. REFUND
The item must be returned with a tracking code, which you provide to us. This allows us to know exactly when your return reaches our warehouse so we can immediately process your refund. Without a tracking code, we cannot locate your shipment, and your right to a refund lapses as we cannot confirm that the order was actually received.
IMPORTANT
You can return the package with the logistics company of your choice. Unfortunately, we do not cover shipping costs for your return, and we therefore recommend choosing the cheapest shipping option with a tracking code. All carriers are allowed for return, but shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
We will refund your purchase within 14 days after the package has arrived at our main warehouse in Asia. The refund will be made via the payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed or an internal issue arises.

Contact seller in case of discrepancies or request for chargeback
If the consumer wishes to open a dispute or request a chargeback via their bank or payment provider, it is mandatory to contact the seller first. The consumer must inform the seller in writing about the problem and give the seller the opportunity to resolve it. This can be done via email or through the contact form on our website.
If the seller does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, or if the problem is not resolved to the consumer's satisfaction, the consumer may consider opening a dispute or requesting a chargeback. By contacting the seller first, the consumer gives the seller the opportunity to remedy the problem quickly and efficiently without third-party intervention.
